Anil Ambani-led Reliance Communications (RCom) will shut down its direct-to-home (DTH) business, operating under Reliance Digital TV, effective November 18. Reliance Digital TV, which is the smallest player with a market share of 2%, cited expiry of DTH licence as the reason for closure. RCom has said that it is working with three other DTH operators to migrate its customers.
