Abhishek Lodha-promoted real estate developer Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group) has approached the Bombay High Court to restrain The House of Abhinandan Lodha from using the brand name 'Lodha'. The House of Abhinandan Lodha is a real estate consumer-tech brand started by Abhishek's younger brother Abhinandan Lodha. Abhinandan separated from the Lodha Group in 2015 and started his own venture.
