The record for the most push ups completed in an hour is held by David Escojido of USA for completing 2,298 repetitions in 2016. Escojido, who is nicknamed "Popeye", was 55 years old at the time of the attempt. The previous world record of most push ups in one hour was 2,220, held by Carlton Williams of Australia.
