Red Fort suicide bomber, Dr Umar Nabi, had visited the Faiz-e-Ilahi Mosque in Delhi's Turkman Gate before the explosion, reports said. Notably, a demolition drive near the mosque led to clashes between the locals and police. Locals pelted stones at police, injuring five officials. The demolition was being carried out on the orders of Delhi High Court.
