Reddit has filed a lawsuit against Anthropic on Wednesday, accusing the AI startup of unlawfully scraping comments of millions of users to train its chatbot Claude. According to Reddit, Anthropic "intentionally trained on the personal data of Reddit users without ever requesting their consent." It claimed that Anthropic ignored multiple requests to stop and refused to sign a licensing agreement.
