Shares of RedTape jumped over 11% to end at ₹129.95 on Tuesday after a Reuters report claimed that the founders of the footwear firm are seeking a stake sale. Founders are considering selling a majority stake or their entire holding worth nearly $510 million. Private equity firms Blackstone and KKR have been approached for the sale.
