Refex Renewables & Infrastructure expanded into bio-CNG by establishing two subsidiaries, Refex CBG SPV (Coimbatore) and Refex CBG SPV (Salem), under Refex Green Power. These PPP-based DBFOT projects will develop municipal solid waste-based bio-CNG plants with a total investment of ₹143.61 crore (Coimbatore: ₹78.54 crore, Salem: ₹65.07 crore). Refex Renewables holds a 74% stake in each subsidary.
