PM Narendra Modi on Thursday addressed the valedictory function of the 96th Common Foundation Course at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Speaking to the IAS trainees, he urged them to focus on the "biggest goal of the 21st century" Atmanirbhar Bharat and Modern India. He further asked them to "reform, perform and transform to the next level".
