Rejected as Lakshman in 'Ramayana' for being 2 inches taller than Ranbir: Actor Dev Sharma

Actor Dev Sharma, who plays Lord Rama in ‘Mahakavya Shri Ramayan Katha’, revealed he was rejected for Lakshman’s role in both ‘Ramayana’ and ‘Adipurush’. Hinting at Ranbir Kapoor, he said, "Somewhere I was two inches taller than the actor playing Lord Rama." "And in another (Adipurush), I was as huge as the actor playing Lord Rama (Prabhas)," he added.
