Rekha Jhunjhunwala-backed VA Tech WABAG secured a large international order in the UAE for the Ajman Sewage Biorefinery Plant – Phase 3. The project, classified in the USD 30 to 75 million range, includes design, engineering, procurement and construction of a 60 MLD sewage treatment plant. Rekha Jhunjhunwala held an 8.02% stake as of March 2026.
