Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited (RSBVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has acquired an additional stake in skyTran Inc for $15 million (₹123.4 crore). This deal takes the Reliance unit's total shareholding to 62.83% on a fully diluted basis. In February 2021, RSBVL raised its stake in skyTran to 54.46% from 26.3% with a $26.76 million investment.
