Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries (RIL) is in talks to acquire 29.8% stake in Tata Play from the Walt Disney Company, Business Standard reported. The move, if successful, would be the first collaboration between the Tata Group and Reliance. Tata Sons currently holds 50.2% stake in Tata Play, with the remaining stake being owned by Disney and Temasek.
