Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries has offered a salary increment to employees, averaging about 10-12%, for 2021-22, ET reported citing company sources. The hike comes after no increment last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company had announced 10% pay cuts for employees in hydrocarbons division earning over ₹15 lakh per annum in April 2020 but subsequently rolled it back.
