The government's decision to allow Reliance Jio to offer voice services over wireless broadband spectrum won in 2010 has given the company an undue advantage of $530 million, Comptroller and Auditor General of India reported on Friday. The Mukesh Ambani-led company is the only firm to hold a licence for pan-India broadband airwaves but is yet to start offering services.
