Reliance Power falls 2% after ₹2,027-crore ED order

Reliance Power shares fell around 2% on Wednesday after the Enforcement Directorate issued a provisional seizure order covering Sasan Power shares worth ₹2,026.65 crore and bank balances of ₹6.16 crore. The case relates to overseas transactions from 2006 and 2008 under FEMA. Reliance Power disputed the allegations and said no penalty has been imposed.
