Reliance Retail has fully acquired 100% stake of lingerie brand 'amanté' from Sri Lanka-based MAS Holdings, for an undisclosed amount. Earlier in October, Reliance Retail had acquired a 52% stake in Ritu Kumar's firm Ritika for an undisclosed amount. Amanté products are sold through company-owned stores and multi-brand outlets, and through its e-commerce channels across India and Sri Lanka.
