Reliance Industries, along with Brookfield Asset Management and Digital Realty Trust, signed deal to invest $11 billion by 2030 to develop 1-GW AI data centre in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. In October, Google also unveiled plan to invest about $15 billion in the state. India's data centre market's expected to exceed $100 billion by 2027, as per estimates by CBRE Group.
