The Indian Army on Wednesday junked media reports claiming that villages near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) were being vacated, amid border tensions between India and China. Calling the news fake and malicious, the Army stated, "The public of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam are advised not to pay heed to such rumours."
