Researchers develop nanoinjection for breast cancer treatment

Researchers from IIT Madras, Monash University and Deakin University have developed a precision nanoinjection platform for breast cancer treatment. Using silicon nanotubes loaded with nanoarchaeosome-encapsulated doxorubicin, the system delivers chemotherapy directly into cancer cells, improving efficacy at lower doses, reducing harm to healthy tissue, and enabling sustained drug release.
