A Muslim manager of a restaurant, Delhi Dastarkhwan, in Surat was arrested for allegedly preserving raw cow meat in the restaurant's freezer. However, the accused, Sarfaraz Khan, claimed it to be buffalo meat. Meanwhile, the Forensic Science Laboratory's report mentioned that out of the six samples, two samples were cow meat while others were buffalo meat, police said.
