Addressing a gathering of business leaders of France and India, PM Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the retrospective taxation is a thing of the past and will never be imposed again. The Retrospective tax which was imposed in 2012 allows the I-T Department to impose amended tax laws on companies from a past date.
