Paramount employees received an internal memo from CEO David Ellison asking them to either work from office for five days/week or consider taking a buyout. Employees based in New York and Los Angeles who don't wish to return to the office were asked to resign by September 15. Ellison reportedly claimed that this move would “unlock” the company’s “full potential”.
