Billionaire Elon Musk has denied reports that US threatened to cut off Ukraine's access to Starlink internet services if Kyiv refused to sign a deal granting US access to its minerals. "Reuters is lying. They're second only to AP (Associated Propaganda) as legacy news liars," Musk wrote on X. Musk has donated over 40,000 internet terminals to Ukraine since 2022.
