US-based cosmetics maker Revlon has agreed to buy perfume maker Elizabeth Arden in a deal valued at $870 million, the companies announced on Thursday. The deal will reportedly strengthen Revlon's presence in its skincare and fragrance business and expand operations in high-growth markets like the Asia-Pacific region. The combined entity will reportedly have total annual sales of around $3 billion.
