Rezolv secures series A funding

Rezolv has raised $12.5 million in a Series A round led by Norwest, with participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India and existing investor 3one4 Capital. Founded in 2024 by former Kissht founders Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, the lending technology platform serves banks and NBFCs. The funds will support AI capabilities across sales, risk, underwriting and collections.
