In a new development in the RG Kar case, the victim's family has approached Sealdah court demanding arrest of former Panihati MLA Nirmal Ghosh and two others. They allege obstruction of a second post-mortem and hasty cremation without proper documents. They also allege that the body was cremated in a hurry, without handing over the necessary documents to them.
