Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) has announced the film 'Nuclear', which will be his first international project. He added that the film will be made on a budget of ₹340 crore. It will be shot in USA, China, Russia, and India and will feature a cast consisting of American, Chinese, Russian, British, Yemeni and Indian actors.
