Breast cancer treatment in India has come under the spotlight after a petition seeking affordable access to the life-saving drug Ribociclib remained unheard despite being listed for final hearing 57 times before the Kerala High Court since January 2023. Tragically, the petitioner died during the early stages of the legal proceedings.
