Ola Electric issued a statement with a graph that showed the speed data of the scooter that was involved in an accident in which the owner alleged that his son sustained injuries due to the faulty vehicle in Guwahati. It said, "the rider was overspeeding...He braked in panic, thereby losing control of the vehicle. There's nothing wrong with the vehicle."
