Riju Ravindran, the ex-promoter of BYJU'S parent Think & Learn Pvt Ltd (TLPL), has moved National Company Law Tribunal against a deal between TLPL and a subsidiary of its US-based creditor Glas Trust. He claims the Compulsory Convertible Debenture agreement violates FDI and FEMA rules. The agreement was made to raise funds to participate in the rights issue of Aakash.
