Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries (RIL) has moved registered offices of five of its subsidiaries, comprising four telecom arms and one investment unit, to Gujarat's Ahmedabad. "Gujarat is where RIL began its journey...we should give something back to the state," a senior company official said. The subsidiaries, which include Reliance Jio Digital Services, had their registered offices in Mumbai.
