Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut said that people are scared that riots may be engineered to spread an atmosphere of fear. He further said, "We fear that at time of Ram Temple’s inauguration in Ayodhya, stones can be pelted on trains carrying devotees." He added that Ex-J&K Governor Satyapal Malik claimed that Pulwama attack was planned to win elections.
