Days after 'Rising Kashmir' editor Shujaat Bukhari was shot dead by assailants, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said, "I have no hesitation in saying that these are Pakistan-sponsored agencies." Calling Bukhari an activist who tried to follow the middle path, he claimed Pakistan has a strategy to get activists who try to walk on the middle path "out of the scene".
