Batter Riyan Parag has been appointed as Rajasthan Royals (RR) captain for their first three matches of IPL 2025. RR's regular captain Sanju Samson will play the first three matches as Impact Player as he is yet to gain full fitness following a finger injury. He will return as captain once he gets cleared for wicket-keeping and fielding.
