Mohammad Rizwan refused to shake hands with the female members of Glenn McGranth's family. The incident took place during the Pink Test at the SCG. During the final Test, the Men in Green were seen greeting the female members of McGrath's family. While other members shook hands with them, Rizwan avoided doing so and preferred clapping to show respect.
