RJD MP Sudhakar Singh moved the SC seeking an independent investigation into the finances of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust over the alleged donation theft. The petition has asked the court to transfer the ongoing probe to the CBI. Singh is also seeking a forensic audit of the Trust's accounts, donations and bank transactions by an independent agency.
