Rashtriya Janata Dal's Neelam Devi won the Mokama seat in Bihar bypolls on Sunday. Neelam Devi, who secured 79,744 votes defeated BJP's Sonam Devi, who secured 63,003 votes. Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party's Kusum Devi won the Gopalganj seat by defeating RJD's Mohan Prasad Gupta.
