A road cave-in in Hyderabad caused a water tanker to plunge into an open drain near Virinchi Hospital in Banjara Hills. The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 5. Continuous rainfall is suspected to have weakened the concrete slab, leading to the collapse. Similar incidents have occurred previously in Goshamahal due to the deteriorating drainage system.
