Hindenburg Research called online gaming platform Roblox an "X-rated pedophile hellscape" which exposes young children to adult content. "Roblox is compromising the safety of children on the platform in order to report growth," the US-based shortseller said, adding that Roblox lied to investors by inflating user base and engagement hours. Hindenburg has taken a short position in Roblox.
