A Chinese robotics firm, Dax Robotics, unveiled a 'robot horse' it is developing called the Qiji T1000 which is reportedly capable of carrying 1,000 kg. The Qiji T1000 is built for heavy duty operations in difficult terrain and can travel over snow, slopes, mountain paths and broken ground. It is expected to be used for security patrols and emergency rescues.
