Rock slab, older than Rosetta Stone, found with complete alphabet

Archaeologists in Spain discovered a 400-year-old rock slab predating the Rosetta Stone, inscribed with an alphabet. Found in southwest Spain, the slab is linked to the ancient Paleo-Hispanic Tartessos civilisation, which existed over 3,000 years ago in the southern Iberian Peninsula. This is the third known evidence of alphabet inscriptions from Tartessos, a largely "lost" civilisation.
