After eight youths were arrested by the Haryana Police on Monday, in connection with the brutal gang-rape and murder case in Rohtak, the ninth accused has reportedly committed suicide in Delhi. The deceased had not been arrested so far and was absconding. DGP Yashpal Singhal said that all the accused were in their twenties and "appear to be criminals".
