Ronaldo and Messi can now meet at World Cup only in final
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi can now face each other at FIFA World Cup 2026 only if Portugal and Argentina reach the final. The two sides are placed in opposite halves of knockout draw. Argentina will face Cape Verde in Round of 32 on July 4, while Portugal will take on Croatia in Round of 32 match on July 3.
