Real Madrid recorded a 4-3 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League on Wednesday. The Spanish giants took a 4-0 lead courtesy goals from Cristiano Ronaldo (2), Luka Modric and Dani Carvajal before Shakhtar scored three in quick succession to create a scare for Real and peg them back to 4-3. Real have already qualified for the knockout stages.
