A California judge on Monday dismissed the 2019 case filed by actress Rose McGowan against convicted rapist former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. The case, accusing Weinstein of attempting to silence Rose, was dropped because the actress didn't meet the deadline for filing an amended complaint. The case was dismissed with prejudice, which means it can't be filed again.
