HCLTech Chairperson Roshni Nadar has received SEBI's nod to acquire 47% stake each in HCLTech promoter firms Vama Sundari Investments and HCL Corp from her father Shiv Nadar. The move will keep HCLTech's promoter shareholding unchanged at 60.82%, with Roshni's stake rising to 57.33% each in the two promoter firms. The move paves way for smoother succession in Nadar family.
