Specialty chemicals manufacturer Rossari Biotech has announced that it will acquire Unitop Chemicals for a total of ₹421 crore. The company will initially acquire a 65% stake in Unitop Chemicals and the remaining 35% over the next two years. Unitop Chemicals, which is a supplier of surfactants and emulsifiers, has a production capacity of 86,000 million tonnes per annum.
