On May 3, Mangaluru Police arrested eight suspects in the murder of Suhas Shetty, a key accused in multiple past crimes, including the 2022 Fazil murder. The killing was allegedly revenge-driven, led by Abdul Safwan with financial backing from Fazil’s brother. Among those arrested are also two Hindu men.
