A district consumer court in Delhi ordered Punjab National Bank (PNB) to pay ₹10,000 refund along with 9% interest per annum to a Railway Police Force (RPF) constable who lost ₹80,000 through fraud transactions in 2013. The court also ordered PNB to pay ₹25,000 as compensation for decade-long legal battle. PNB has already reimbursed ₹70,000 out of the total amount.
