In a display of brutality, a Railway Police Force (RPF) personnel was caught on camera mercilessly beating up physically challenged beggar at the Howrah station in West Bengal. The victim, who is missing now, was admitted to a local hospital after suffering injuries. On the other hand, RPF is yet to identity the officer and take action against him.
